Powder Coated Products are naturally porous and don’t always offer the best protection to the steel surface.
All of our racks are Zinc Plated which offers great protection against corrosion and repairs itself when chipped for a long lasting finish.
We offer a Textured Black Powder Coat option on all of our racks which is applied directly over the already primed and zinc plated steel.
This gives you the Black Powder Coat look with extra protection!
The additional cost covers the cost of powder coating your rack along with additional packaging requirements to keep it protected during transport. In the event of chip, we offer free touch up paint available on request.
Note: The main parts of your rack will be powder coated black including, wheel baskets, top and bottom tubes, upright tube. Some mechanical and precision parts are not powder coated and remain zinc.
